Matthew’s design work spans across musicals, theatre, events, concerts, and fashion shows. His theatrical lighting design credits include Pride & Prejudice, Big Fish, Songs for a New World, Candyman, Spiegelesque, Blonde Poison, Lip Service, The Sunset Limited, The Sneeze, The Herbal Bed, and Checklist for an Armed Robber.
Matthew also served as the Associate Lighting Designer on The Rocky Horror Show, Mamma Mia! & Chicago. He was the Assistant Lighting Designer on Jesus Christ Superstar, Hairspray, 9 to 5, An American in Paris, Buddy, Wicked, Billy Elliot, and South Pacific.
Other notable highlights include Expo 2023 - Doha Cultural Opening ceremony, The Music of Hans Zimmer, The Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Sydney New Year’s Eve Celebration from 2008 to 2022. Matthew is a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
