Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into any CATS the Musical competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to a competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Competitions are promoted by the producers of CATS the Musical in Australia. Entry is open to Australian residents unless otherwise stated. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter and agencies associated with a competition are ineligible to enter.

The promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or that could bring the promoter or the production into disrepute.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and advises entrants to seek independent financial advice.
