We know things can change, so in the event that you can no longer attend the performance of CATS on your chosen date, processes have been implemented to provide a stress-free exchange experience.

Theatre Royal Sydney customers: To arrange an exchange, please submit a request to Theatre Royal Sydney’s Box Office.

Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the originally ticketed performance and may not be made for the same performance. Exchanges cannot result in fewer tickets or seats in a lesser price category than originally purchased. A $10 per ticket fee applies up to a maximum of $30 per exchange transaction. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Adelaide Festival Centre customers: Tickets purchases are subject to Ticketek’s Terms of Sale. To apply for a refund, please submit an online request here.

Crown Theatre customers: Ticket purchases are subject to Ticketmasters Terms of Sale. Please contact Ticketmaster via the help desk.

Arts Centre Melbourne customers: For information on refunds and exchanges, please visit the ticketing terms and conditions page or call the Contact Centre on 1300 182 183.

Terms and Conditions

Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at the time of exchange, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for the same performance.

Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller for the venue. Tickets purchased via third-party providers are subject to their exchange policies, we recommend contacting them directly.

Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments may apply if choosing a performance or price level that costs more than the original ticket value, or if original ticket value was from an originally discounted ticket into a performance with no discounts available.

New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.

Exchanges may not be made to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.

Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided and will not allow access into the performance. Customers must present newly issued tickets for entry into the performance.

Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.

Other restrictions may apply. Exchange policy may change or be revoked without notice.
